Eggs Charleston - A delicious blend of old southern hospitality! Two Jumbo scrambled Eggs, Asparagus, Fresh Shrimp, Scallions, Sweet Red Peppers, Swiss Cheese and a blend of Spices, grilled to perfection, topped with a Bearnaise Sauce. Served with our special Grilled Potatoes and our Fresh Fruit of the day. Elegant!

Up North Omelet - Cook's Special! A blend of 2 Jumbo Eggs, small Sweet Tomatoes, Scallions, Green & Red Peppers, Chopped Ham, Cheddar Cheese and special Spices. Served with Red Chili Sauce. With our special Grilled Potatoes and our Fresh Fruit of the day.

Omelet Your Way - Make up your own omelet! 2 Jumbo Scrambled eggs plus any of the following: Scallions; Sweet Red Peppers; Swiss Cheese; Sweet Green Peppers; Tomatoes; Spinach; Broccoli; Cheddar Cheese. Finished with Ron's blend of Spices. Served with our special Grilled Potatoes and Fresh Fruit of the day.

Eggs Benedict - 2 jumbo Poached Eggs, Premium Canadian Bacon, on top of toasted English Muffins topped with Hollandaise sauce. Served with our special Grilled Potatoes and Fresh Fruit of the day. Yummy!

Eggs Lori Ann - 2 jumbo Poached Eggs nestled atop Steamed Spinach on fresh grilled Tomato slices, all perched on an incredibly delicious grilled Crumpet topped with Hollandaise Sauce. Served with our special Grilled Potatoes and Fresh Fruit of the day. A breakfast fit for a Queen!

Eggs O'Brian - 2 jumbo Poached Eggs atop a heap of grilled Corned Beef Hash, capped with Hollandaise Sauce. Served with our special Grilled Potatoes and Fresh Fruit of the day. A hardy breakfast!

French Toast - A specialty, made with our favorite Cinnamon bread, dipped in our special recipe and grilled to perfection, served with pure Maple Syrup and Fresh Fruit of the day.

Stuffed French Toast - Same special recipe, made with Europa or Fruit Bread twice as thick, stuffed with Granny Smith Apples, Peaches, Cherries, Blueberries, or Raspberries and cooked to perfection. Served with pure Maple Syrup and Fresh Fruit of the day.

Ron's Special Buttermilk Pancakes - By themselves, they are the richest buttermilk pancakes you'll ever taste. Can be ordered with Blueberries, Raspberries, Blackberries, Apples, Peaches, Bananas or Chocolate Chips. Served with pure Maple Syrup and Fresh Fruit of the day.

Potato Pancakes - Made with just a hint of onion and chive. Pure Maple Syrup, Sour Cream and Apple Sauce Served with Fresh Fruit of the day.

Scandinavian Waffle - 5-Heart shaped Waffle made with just a hint of sweetness! Complimented with Fresh Strawberries and and Whipped Cream or Cooked Apples with Cinnamon Sugar. Served with Pure Maple Syrup.

Quiche DuJour - A richly prepared single-serving dish, with ever-changing ingredients. Served with our special Grilled Potatoes and Fresh Fruit of the day. Lori's favorite!

A side buffet of Ron's special pre-breakfast treats, such as Bananas & Creme, Pastries, Fresh Fruit and many others are served daily. Egg Entrees are served with our Special Grilled Potatoes, Toast, and Jams. Coffee, Tea, Orange Juice or V-8 Juice always available.
